A Clear Guide to Working with Pricod LLC.
V1. 22 September
Welcome to Pricod LLC.
We’re excited to work with you. To ensure our collaboration is smooth, successful, and built on mutual understanding, we’ve outlined our key terms in simple, clear language. This guide forms the foundation of our agreement.
1. Getting Started & Payments
To begin work, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services, just before we deliver the final product.
Understanding Payments:
All deposits and milestone payments are dedicated to reserving our time and resources and are therefore non-refundable.
Keeping Projects on Track:
If a final balance is over 30 days late, we may have to terminate the project, remove the website from the internet, and the deposit will be forfeited.
2. Your Role & Project Timeline
To keep your project moving forward, we need you to provide all necessary materials (text, images, logos, etc.) within 30 days of paying your deposit.
If we do not receive the materials needed to complete your project within 90 days, it will be considered deserted. In this case, any work completed remains our property.
3. Ownership & Cancellation
Who Owns What?
You Own:
Any domain names purchased through us are yours, provided the annual renewal fees are paid.
We Own Until Paid:
All source code, graphics, and work we create remain the property of Pricod until the final balance is paid in full. Upon final payment,t the website becomes your property.
Our Tools:
The design techniques and methods we use are ours and remain our property, which we may use for other clients.
If You Need to Cancel:
You may cancel at any time by notifying us in writing.
Please understand that you are responsible for paying for all work and expenses we have already incurred. Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable.
4. Our Shared Responsibilities
Your Promises to Us:
You guarantee that any text images, or artwork you provide are owned by you or that you have permission to use them. You agree to protect us from any legal claims that arise from the content you supply.
Your Website Your Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for the content and claims made on your website or printed materials. You are also responsible for maintaining your own backups of data and emails.
Our Commitment & Limits:
While we always strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that the website will meet every specific expectation or be completely uninterrupted. As a creative service, our liability for any issues is limited.
5. Administrative & Legal Bits
Managing Services:
Recurring Services:
To cancel recurring services (like hosting or SEO), you must speak directly with a Pricod representative by phone and receive a written confirmation from us. This ensures your request is processed correctly and avoids billing errors.
Server Access:
You authorize us to access your hosting server to publish, maintain, or, if necessary, remove content if your account is significantly past due.
Resolving Disputes:
We believe in fair resolutions. Any significant disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, rather than through court trials.
Payments & Chargebacks:
We accept credit cards for your convenience.
If you are due a refund, it will be issued via a company check. Please do not initiate a chargeback with your bank. If a chargeback is filed, you agree to repay the amount plus a 10% fee (minimum $100) and associated collection costs.
Let's Customize Something Great Together
We know terms and conditions can be dense, but we believe clarity is the first step to a successful project. We’re here to answer any questions and look forward to creating something amazing for you.
